If you are looking to let your property on a long term basis, we can help you find a tenant. All of our listings on Rightmove are premium so your property will always be top of the chart for applicants searching for rentals in and around Oxford. We advise on how to ensure your property is shown in the best light for viewings, which is all included within our fee. We also pride ourselves on not charging renewals commission, once we find you a tenant and they renew their tenancy period, we do not continue to charge, like most other agents.

Property Management

Managing a tenancy can be stressful; keeping up to date with changing regulations and ensuring you have the best people on hand to deal with maintenance is not easy. We have over ten years experience of portfolio management in London and Oxford. Our preferred tradesmen are those we trust to work on our own properties. Our in house Property Manager will deal with everything associated with the lettings hand over, bi-annual inspections and maintenance to ensure your property is fully compliant and taken care of throughout.

Short Term Lets

We offer two levels of short term rental service to best suit your needs. We can deal with every aspect of the short term lets, even down to dealing with your bills so you can hand over the keys and leave the rest to us.

Portfolio and Block Management

If you have five or more properties within Oxfordshire, we can take on your portfolio of property under our asset management service which includes in depth analysis to ensure you are continuously maximising the return on your investments. If you own the freehold of a residential or commercial building we can also offer building management including yearly service charge budgeting and accounts as well as a dedicated management service for your leaseholders.
